When you sign in to TeamBooks Budget Manager, we collect:
- Email address — used to identify your account and sync your budget data across devices.
- Budget data you enter — stored securely so you can access it from any device.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, browsing history, or any other personal information.
How We Use Your Data
- Your email is used solely to authenticate you and link your budget data to your account.
- Your budget data is stored securely in our database and is only accessible to you.
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.
Third-Party Services
- Google Sign-In — We use Google OAuth to let you sign in with your Google account. We only receive your email address. Google's privacy policy applies to their authentication service.
- Supabase — Our database provider. Your data is stored securely on their servers with row-level security enabled, meaning only your authenticated account can access your data.
- Netlify — Our hosting provider. They may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) as part of normal hosting operations.
Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Your budget data is protected by row-level security policies in our database — no other user can access your data.
Data Deletion
You can delete your budget data at any time by contacting us. If you'd like your account and all associated data removed, email support@teambooks.io and we'll process the request within 7 days.
Cookies
We use browser local storage to cache your budget data for offline access and faster loading. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
